When is withdrawal not accepted?

Returns are not accepted if:
- The product is made-to-measure or customized
- The warranty seal is broken or missing
- The product has been handled, used, or damaged
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
In these cases, if we still accept the return, a partial refund may be issued based on the item’s residual value.
