Please note: all MaVoix wallpapers are custom-made and printed on demand, based on the specific dimensions, layout, and customizations of your project. Therefore, they are considered personalized products and non-refundable, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.

However, in the event of technical or quality-related non-conformities, we commit to assessing every case with the utmost care, transparency, and openness, to find the most fair and practical solution together.

To minimize risk, we always recommend ordering a sample of the design before full production. It's a small investment that allows you to confirm the texture, color, and substrate.
The cost of the sample will be deducted from your final order if confirmed.
