What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

If the goods appear visibly damaged or show compliance issues, you must report it within 8 working days from delivery, as required by offline order regulations.

To
open a claim, please fill out our damage report form (link available upon request), and include:

  • Detailed photos of the damage
  • Pictures of both the external and internal packaging
  • Your order number and delivery date

Once your report is received, our team will carefully evaluate the case and provide clear instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or resolution.

We recommend opening the package carefully upon delivery (avoid using box cutters), and keeping both the packaging and wallpaper rolls until full inspection is complete.
